Where can I find your products?
All our products are available on our online store. Some of our signature products like our house blend drip coffee can be purchased in retail at Robinsons The Heeren, Level B1.
Do you offer a subscription service?
Why yes we do! You can sign up to receive our TMC house blend or seasonal beans on a monthly or yearly basis depending on your needs. Head over to online store and check out our coffee subscription plans.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes we do, with a minimum order of S$45 and above within Singapore only. You can also enjoy free delivery depending on the promotions available (join our mailing list to get updated).
What is the shelf life of your products?
Our recommended optimum usage period is 1-2 months from the roast date which can be found on the back of all our products. Otherwise, please look at expiry date listed.
I have a problem with my order, how do I contact you?

What payment methods do you accept?
Our online store accepts payments by Paypal, Mastercard and Visa.
The item I want is sold out, is there another way I can buy it?
If there is a particular item you are after but we don't have it on our website or its sold out please email our team at and we will see if we can help.

We currently ship to Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong. Please email us at if you are interested to order from us but your country is not listed here, and we will do our best to help.
How long is your shipping time?
Delivery time within Singapore range between 2 - 3 working days. If expected delivery time exceeds this, we will let you know via email. Different shipping time applies for other countries.
