How can I stay updated?

Where can I find your products?

Do you offer a subscription service?
Why yes we do! You can sign up to receive our TMC house blend or seasonal beans, drip coffee or coffee capsules on a monthly or yearly basis depending on your needs. Head over to online store and check out our coffee subscription plans.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes we do, with a minimum order of S$50 and above within Singapore only. You can also enjoy free delivery depending on the promotions available (join our mailing list to get updated). For international shipping, please see below.

What is the shelf life of your products?
Our recommended optimum usage period is 1-2 months from the roast date which can be found on the back of all our products. Otherwise, please look at expiry date listed.

I have a problem with my order, how do I contact you?
Please send an email to hello@themakscoffee.com quoting your order number and we'll get back to you asap.

What payment methods do you accept?
Our online store accepts payments by Paypal, PayNow, Amex, Mastercard and Visa.

The item I want is sold out, is there another way I can buy it?
If there is a particular item you are after but we don't have it on our website or its sold out please email our team at hello@themakscoffee.com and we will see if we can help.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand and Hong Kong. Please email us at hello@themakscoffee.com if you are interested to order from us but your country is not listed here, and we will do our best to assist you.

How long is your shipping time?
Delivery time within Singapore range between 2 - 3 working days. We currently offer next day delivery for orders made before 7am the previous day (applicable during working days only from Monday-Friday). If expected delivery time exceeds this, you will be notified via email (during peak season). Different shipping time applies for other countries. For urgent orders, you can also opt for Express Delivery, which is available at check out.

Need your order delivered urgently or on a specific date?

You can choose Express Shipping at checkout for same day or next working day for orders made after 3pm. For delivery on a specific date, simply include your preferred delivery date in "Add A Note" in Cart and choose Express Shipping at Checkout. Express Shipping fees apply.

Local Delivery in Singapore:

S$8 (1-3 working days); free shipping for min order of S$50.

S$15 (Express Shipping: Same Day - 1 working day). Orders made after 3pm (SGT) will be delivered next day. 

 

Free international shipping for minimum order of S$250. Fees below apply for orders value below S$250:

Indonesia: S$35 (5-10 working days); All shipments to Indonesia require the recipient's KTP, NIK, passport number or driver’s license number.

Malaysia: S$20 (3-7 working days)

Hong Kong: S$45 (3-8 working days)

Thailand: S$45 (3-8 working days)

Philippines: S$45 (7-11 working days)

Vietnam: S$45 (3-10 working days)
